SNAIC (Somalia National AI Center) is a government-affiliated institute founded in October 2024 in Mogadishu. Our mission is to accelerate Somalia’s development by championing AI research, education, and collaboration across public and private sectors.

We bring together academic institutions, government bodies, startups, and international partners to create AI-driven solutions tailored to Somalia’s unique challenges from boosting agricultural productivity to improving healthcare accessibility.
